"Had an issue after arriving and finding bandaids placed on the smoke detector in the room. The front desk clerk was non apologetic and said it was just from someone covering the light that flashes on them. To me it was more a safety concern and honestly just gross you have no clue what people do in those room. He wasn’t much help however after getting the hotel general manager involved he tried to resolve the issue the best he could and was very nice to work with. New building, pretty nice rooms...

"The hotel and our room were clean and beautiful. Staff were very professional and helpful. They had a free hot food bar from 5pm-7:30pm that looked very good. (We had already made plans with our son to eat dinner out so didn’t take advantage of the hot bar.) The breakfast bar was good also.
It was quiet during the night. No issues with noise from hallway or outside. Beds were quite comfortable.
This hotel is just 5 minutes from the Ascension/St. Vincent Heart Center. So a perfect place to stay...
