"We reserved a pet-friendly room and arrived to find a sweet little box of things for our dog! A sheet to cover the bed so she could hop on, extra towels, a small bag of biscuits and a cute capsule full of pick up bags! We were surprised to get a full kitchenette- cooktop, sink, cabinets with dishes, silverware, glasses, cookware- everything! We LOVED the restaurant and everyone was so friendly and helpful. We were a little bummed that we couldn't get the soccer game on TV, but you can't expect everything! A very pleasant stay."

"Great spot! Remote and with great views of mt hood! Lots of amenities, games, entertainment, and great food at the restaurant ! Smores provided. Fire pits . Comfy seats to watch the sunset. The tents were perfectly sized and the beds were comfortable."

"Beautiful manicured property with outdoor garden areas, flowers and greenery, overlooking the river. Picnic tables and seating are available. A great place to go hang out and enjoy the view. This property has older sections and newer sections. We stayed in an older section, the room was small but it was clean and had a nice view of the riverside garden areas. Ample outdoor spaces, a must to take advantage of in good weather. We had the chance to see a room in a new section, very nice, room was large with a balcony overlooking the river. No dining on site, but the hotel next door has a nice restaurant with river views that we ate at several times."

"What a gem in the heart of downtown The Dalles! Our room was spacious, quiet, exceptionally clean, a super comfy bed and had a stunning black and white tiled shower. Very cool! Although the hotel was finishing a big remodel, it did not disrupt our stay in any way. The staff was friendly and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. I would rebook here in a heartbeat!"
