"Staff were extremely accommodating and kind, especially after a long day of travelling when we arrived, Marco the hotel receptionist made us feel extremely welcome and was very funny. Check in and out was especially easy. Rooms were really clean with a really comfy bed and smart TV. The location of the Hotel is a handy 20 minutes into the centre of Vienna. However, we booked the kitchenette room and did our own cooking one night . Everything you need is there although there is no bowl to eat...
"Fun place to stay so close to the Melk Abbey. No lift or AC but opened windows at night and the provided fan made the room very comfortable. Quaint hotel and town. Easy access to the Abbey and walking distance to the Danube. "

The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful with indications due to my late arrival and also where to park, provide me with refreshment drink.
Breakfast was modest. I pre-booked for two people, finally I went alone but they told me that I had to pay breakfast and taxes for two. I waited for 20 minutes during the checkout to receive any positive answer but I lost my time. Not flexible at all."
"Hotel ohne Restaurant liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend. Parkplätze im Freien vorhanden. Restaurant Babenbergerhof ist gleich nebenan und gehört auch dazu. Frühstück war auch sehr gut."

"Eravamo in giro in moto per l’Austria e abbiamo pernottato 2 notti in questa struttura per visitare la zona del Wachau e ci siamo trovati meravigliosamente. La pensione è in mezzo alla campagna a ridosso di un piccolo paese distante da Merz in circa dieci minuti. Le camere pulite e curate. Colazione buona e di qualità. Ristorante buonissimo. Il proprietario attento, simpatico, gentile e professionale parla anche un po’ italiano. Nel nostro tour itinerante per l’Austria questa struttura ha vinto...
"If you need to stay in St Polten, stay here! New hotel, 10 minutes from the station through the park - an excellent property with superb rooms, my only disappointment was I only stayed one night! Reception very helpful and their recommendation for eating and drinking was spot on."
