Die Chefin ist die gute Seele des Hauses, die sich um alles kümmert - in unserem Fall um das Einfrieren unserer Kühlakkus für Medikamente. Sehr herzlich und freundlich war der Kontakt zu allen Mitarbeitern, denen wir begegnet sind. Das Restaurant ist absolute Spitzenklasse. "Very quaint and peaceful place - great for climbing the Schneeberg Mountain and relaxing in the spa after. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was a lack of a la cart options for dinner, forcing you to pay a lot for either set menus or buffets. Unfortunately there was not anything else around except fried and not so great Austrian food. Otherwise great stay and special thanks to the amazing bartender :)"
