Unica cosa a cui stare attenti è il ritorno se si è senza macchina perchè se non si riesce a prendere l'ultimo 68 che lascia davanti alla struttura, la notturna lascia su una tangenziale e sono 15 minuti a piedi in una strada buia, le bici non si possono usare perche essenso zona privata non possono essere lasciate la, e inoltre...

"Note - check in hotel is near train station. This is a 10 minute walk; no cars. Was two rooms, beds in both, two bathrooms. Clean and blocks from all the stuff! "

"Clean rooms, much larger than I expected. Very clean and comfortable. Secure gated parking (free). I would stay here again any day. It was perfect."

"AVOID! Owner canceled our prepaid accommodation 3 hours prior to arrival leaving us stranded without accommodation apparently due to damage incurred from previous tenant. Owner texted us an image of a brown toilet but refused to meet us and ignored phone calls. We ended up taking a hotel across the street. At least the Owner did promptly refund our payment, which however did not cover the increased cost of the last-minute hotel."

"Ho prenotato una notte alla residenza Cavour. Al check in, che si fa comunque al NovoHotel, vicino alla stazione, mi hanno detto che avrei dormito al novohotel: mi hanno dato, ovviamente a parità di costo, due camere doppie comunicanti molto belle e nuovissime. In pratica non so come sarebbe stato dormire alla residenza Cavour ma io sono stato benissimo al novohotel"

"Leider hat das mit dem Parkplatz nicht geklappt. Es hat keinen zugewiesenen Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück wie auf Hotels.com vermerkt. Die Anweisung war unklar und zu spät. Wir irrten fast eine Stunde in der Altstadt von Modena umher und mussten anschliessend einen teuren Parkplatz bezahlen. Die Wohnung war ok und zentral."
