"Check in easy,room perfect,stay A+++..transfer to the station,perfect,young gentleman helped us with cases..my only complaint is clayton airport transfer....the gentleman who.picked us up from airport at 23:00 did little to offer a couple in 60s any help with luggage,very poor effort.."

"The staff were very welcoming.
The bedroom was a great size, the only thing I would say, but that's just my opinion the TV could have been a little bigger,
The breakfast was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again without a doubt."

"We had the 1 bedroom suite. Fantastic room. Forgot we were in a hotel. Super clean, comfy bed, huge bathroom with shower and separate bathtub. Also a further separate toilet. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Check in was smooth and quick. Can’t fault our stay at all. Easy access to/from train station and to the terminal. One gripe was we the chrome cast wouldn’t work on the bedroom tv but did not affect our stay one single bit. Will 100% stay here again."

"We had the most wonderful stay.
The staff were so helpful and friendly. They left a beautiful cake for my birthday! The breakfast was exceptional, nice view of the canal. The hotel smelt amazing and they had all the amenities you will need. I will definitely be staying again."

"Absolutely loved this place. Our room with its en-suite bathroom was very nice indeed. We enjoyed an excellent evening meal and the following morning breakfast was very good with plenty to choose from. Would not hesitate to book this hotel again if staying in this area"

"Lovely Hotel with very helpful staff.
Unfortunately we had a night of no sleep. I informed the hotel that I was celebrating my Mother's 80th Birthday. I paid for a deluxe quadruple room for myself my Mother and my Daughter. The room was pleasant but smaller than images on the website and I feel overpriced for the size of room.Also we were kept awake by wedding guests right outside our window making lots of noise and swearing until the early hours!
