"The property was clearly being renovated/retrofitted. Amongst other things, the elevator was not working, a distinct problem when your room is on the 4th floor. While my family really was not hard pressed by this, a tour bus of older customers checked in and I helped get some luggage upstairs for them. Also the hall doorways were missing door knobs (just a hole in the door). On a positive note the breakfast was hot and well supplied."
