"Staff very friendly and accomodating. Pool was our favorite part! Only 1 elevator and it was broken. Duvet cover had a couple stains on it. "

"There really wasn't anything I liked. I expected a clean hotel with working hot water and a working TV. There was a strong cigarette smell everywhere. The elevator reeked of cigarette smoke. The carpet didn't appear to ever have been cleaned. There was no hot water at night, when I was trying to take a shower before bed. And there was only one channel on the TV. There was dog poop all on the rocks by the entrance."

"Every staff member we encountered was exceptional! Staff was Very helpful,friendly and accommodating. Always asking if there was anything else they could do for us, from the front desk to the lady in the breakfast area! Thank you for helping to make our weekend trip so enjoyable."

"The room size was great! The WiFi worked well. The staff were friendly. Although we cranked the AC down as far as it could go and left it there, our room was still warm. We kept the blackout curtains closed during the day to help mitigate the heat. The shower was small and moldy. All of the handles on the drawers were sticky, so much so that I had to wash my hands to get rid of what transferred to my hands. The in room safe was a joke. It would not even hold my purse, which is of average size."

"Made a reservation and chose to pay at property I even messaged saying I was gonna arrive a little late. I drove 5 hours to get there and When I got there the dum fuks had given away my reservation for no reason and I had no room for the night. I don’t know if the girl at the front desk was being lazy or just didn’t want to give me a room but she was face timing with her boyfriend or whatever during working hours so that must of been more important."
