Red Roof Inn, Mount Holly, Charlotte

"To statrt, ill say when we pulled in, we were second guessing staying there. There were some homeless around and it looked like it was going to be in a sketchy location, but that was just the initial vibe. Decided to check in since couldn't cancel. Front desk staff was great,day and night shifts. Once checked in and seen the actual parking lot, felt better about staying. The room was clean, just a basic room, hot water was great, ac was cold. There were a couple homeless around...

"We have a very nice room. The pool wasn't avaliable yet. The breakfast was fruit, waffles, or bagels. Coffee only to drink unless you wanted to buy drinks from a machine. "

"Room was clean Grounds were a mess No amenities I was aware of Staff at check in was indifferent Staff following morning was rude, unhelpful and indignant No hairdryer in room as told they were mounted to the wall No cheap back up hair dryer at office to accommodate guests needs as they I’m sure were aware that they do not have them in all or possibly any of their rooms I will never be back and will spread the word far and wide"
