"We would not stay here again. The noise from the pool area was disruptive, and past midnight for 2 of our 3 night stay. On the final morning, banging started at 6.30 am. So if you want your hotel for sleeping, don’t stay here."

"The hotels sits within a busy shopping area of five mile area. Parking was easy. Checking in was easy. They do keep $100 when you check in and it is returned to you at checkout. Overall it was a nice place to stay. New and modern"

"We had a lovely stay at Pinewood and would happily stay here again. The location is excellent—just a short walk to Queenstown town centre, making it very convenient while still being in a peaceful setting. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the accommodation is a little dated in some areas, and soundproofing could be improved.
