"My family of 5 used this property for two nights and it could not have been more perfect for our needs. Easy to use, reasonably priced, about 10 mins stroll from the shops and 15 mins from the main city centre. The appartment is well appointed, modern and clean. "Ich war Mitte Mai 2025 für 1 Übernachtung in der ROSENVILLA. Das Anmeldeprocedere mit dem jungen Herrn war ein wenig unbeholfen holprig, aber alles Andere dann sehr schön. "Amazing property! Service was incredible, everyone was friendly, and very helpful. Bteakfast was perfectly delcious. Location was perfect, its away from all the crazy busy tourist and minutes away from delcious food and beer. I would definitely stay here again. "The property was in a quiet residential area yet so close to the old town via bus just 100 metres down the road or 15-20 minute walk on a beautiful walking path. Eva was a wonderful host who showed us through our apartment on check in and gave us some valuable tips. "The Hyperion hotel is my new favorite hotel in Salzburg. They gave us exceptional service. The room was impeccably clean. "Very well located with a bus station in front of the property which is very handy. Breakfast was included and was very complete and good! The only issue we had was that the property had limited hot water for showering so some of us ended up showering with cold water, but the host explained that it was an issue over the two days we stayed and had already called the plumber."
