She told me there would be a £60 late check-in charge, which I agreed to. At 9:00 PM, she messaged me, and I explained that due to traffic and an accident, we would be delayed by about an hour. "It was during one of the high temperatures inEngland and tho it had two fresh air windows the host only allowed one. a small bathroom size window for ventilation plus a small fan. I asked him to open the other window / door but was denied seeming me to leave the property after one nite due to a high temp room . Host was not very helpful tho I asked to change rooms. Also no shade on deck . Would not stay here again ."

"i’ve stayed here quite a few times. it’s a great location and the staff are always very friendly. the rooms are very good and bigger than i’d expect for the price. located a two minute walk from the services which are great for coffee and breakfast. also convenient for electric car charging. all in all a cracking hotel."
