I recently stayed at this hotel while traveling for business, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing.
One of the main reasons I booked this stay was because I needed reliable internet to work. When I arrived, there was no internet connection in my room at all. I called the front desk twice and was told it should be working, but nothing was done to actually resolve the issue. Since I was there for work and needed internet both in the mornings and afternoons, this created a major problem. It wasn’t until a day and a half later, when I finally went down to the front desk in person, that I was offered the option to switch rooms. I really wish this had been addressed sooner.
Breakfast was also disappointing. The eggs still tasted powdery, and the sausage was cold, which made it feel like little care was taken with the food service.
The room itself also had several issues. It was not very clean, there were spots in the toilet, and the shower door was broken. At one point I actually got stuck in the shower because the door wouldn’t open properly, which was extremely frustrating.
Overall, the experience made me feel uncomfortable during my stay. With the lack of responsiveness, room issues, and food quality, it felt like there was very little attention to guest care. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I do not think I would stay here again.
