"Extreme noises in the hallway all night long. People talking, doors slamming. The bathroom really needs remodeling. Exposed pipes bathroom door did not work. The main door you could see the hallway around the edges, and the door locks wouldnt hold anyone from breaking in. You could smell pot being smoked as you walked the halls. All in all I will not return."

"I needed a Hotel last minute and was so glad I chose Urban Inn & Suites. Every member of the staff was so kind and accommodating. I travel fairly often and it can often be stressful but this place was a breath of fresh air, especially as a young solo female. I felt very safe and cared for and they were some of the nicest hotel staff I've ever met. An older gentleman helped me with my bag up the stairs, another older and younger gentleman helped me find utensils when I needed them and even were sweet enough to grant me late check out when I had a flight change last minute. I may have to travel again in a few weeks and will absolutely be back if I do! The hotel was the perfect quiet, clean stay I needed, especially as someone who struggles with chronic illness. Thank you for everything. 😊"

"It’s everything as advertised. Downtown is walkably close. If you want to scoot, that’s a thing you can do too. The bed is soft, the elevator works, the heat works real well, there’s a TV, and the shower has a lot of pressure. It’s a fine hotel for the price and location. Dont sleep on the Cascadia toiletries either."
