"Good morning, in trying to give you the biggest and fairest picture of this property, I would say that overall we had a pleasant trip. The staff is extremely friendly and quick to respond to any of your needs. We felt the hotel had charm and a beautiful view as promised. However, we also felt that the facility was very outdated and in need of many repairs. During our four day stay, we reassigned three different rooms due to various issues. On the 2nd day we got a massive leak and maintenance said that that’s the room they having issues with leaks and they can’t fix it.The room also was very outdated with the tv only being able to stream YouTube. The hotel is located is situated in the capital which is a great and historic area with a nearby ferry, picturesque views, various activities and friendly, helpful locals.
