"We spent our Whitsun holidays at the JW Marriott Crete with our young kids and had a great time. The resort is beautiful, located right at the quiet end of Marathi Bay. It’s incredibly family-friendly—the staff were amazing with the children, and the kids' pool is perfect since it's shallow, warm, and shaded by a sun sail. Our suite was also great, featuring comfortable sofa beds and its own private pool. The hotel restaurants are good but quite expensive, though there are plenty of nice,...

"Nice hotel. Nice rooms and pool area. Lovely Spa area but shame you have to book and pay for sauna. Normally are free but not a real issue. Gym looks good too but did not use. Very close to shops and restaurants. Staff were very helpful, polite and always at hand. The food in the restaurant and pool area and breakfast, also drinks were all tasty and well priced. Very lovely hotel and spa. would definately recommend and visit again"

"A beautiful room in a historic centuries old building. Clean and comfortable with careful attention to every detail. The location was right in the heart of the old city. The owner is a great lady willing to help or provide information. The worst thing about our stay was that we couldn't stay longer."

"Ich kann dieses Hotel zu 100% empfehlen. So liebes und herzliches Personal. Kleine Details machen den Aufenthalt sehr besonders. Ganz sauber und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Ich würde in kein anderes Hotel in Chania wollen! Absolut Empfehlenswert!"
