"The staff were very nice, especially the young guy at the reception desk. He was extremely helpful and attentive, and his English was spectacular. He was also very friendly, and I really enjoyed our conversation. Overall, I felt very welcome throughout my stay. The room was spacious, and the mattress was very comfortable. Although the bathroom could use some renovation, it was still very clean. In fact, both the room and the hotel were very clean and well maintained. Some things are a little outdated, but considering the price, I would easily give it a 10/10 for value. The breakfast was simple but amazing, and the location is great downtown is only about a 10 minute walk away. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel. For the price, it’s an absolute bargain.”"

"We stayed here as an overnight pit stop after a late flight on our way to Capadoccia. The hotel was really convenient for thst and the staff was super helpful after we'd made a booking mistake (our fault). Would definitely stay again."

"Lovely hotel directly opposite the ski lifts. Fantastic staff who spoke English as a bonus. Comfortable rooms, good breakfast, evening meal was excellent."

"Perfect ski-in-ski-out location. Room and all other facilities were spotless. Wonderfully well organized spa. Staff were friendly and professional. The only issues: thermostat in bedroom was fixed at 25 C, to warm to sleep well. Also, the water in the bathroom was not hot, just warm. Finally, the dining-included was cafeteria style, which is normal, but not entirely appetizing, or hot and fresh."
