"Ski shop in house and bufffet"

"Perfect ski-in-ski-out location. Room and all other facilities were spotless. Wonderfully well organized spa. Staff were friendly and professional. The only issues: thermostat in bedroom was fixed at 25 C, to warm to sleep well. Also, the water in the bathroom was not hot, just warm. Finally, the dining-included was cafeteria style, which is normal, but not entirely appetizing, or hot and fresh."

"Hello. Today, Wednesday, February 4th, I called the hotel to claim a jacket I left in the room's linen closet. The young man who answered my call at 11:35 am hung up on me while I was explaining the situation. I have no answers or attention"
