"I must say, one man that worked at the bar and restaraunt was very kind. Informative. The rest of the staff was young adults. Not very good at what they were doing. Management is awful. There is no one there at any time of day, if one needs anything. It was a struggle (and a day wait) to get another pillow and towel. The pillows are empty pillow cases. "Our stay at the niu chain was good as always. Bed was comfy, room was clean and staff was great.The entrance was not easy to find. Staff was great accommodating our very late check in. The hall way was pretty dirty and there was a couple of homeless sleeping in the area in the mornings. But we still felt safe walking home at night."
