"What an incredible week! We saw more animals on the grounds of our property than on our various trips in search of those animals during the week. The staff was exceptionally helpful. Our balcony view was both relaxing and entertaining. The breakfast was great and the pool area exceptional. We wished the restaurant was a little more affordable, and the road throughout the property could use some maintenance, but the friendliness of the staff and the awesome grounds made those shortcomings...

"Breakfast buffet was awesome. A lot of hot springs to choose from. Beautiful landscaping. Security guard 24/7. Very short drive (less than 20 mins) to all the main attractions like Arenal Volcano hikes, La Fortuna Waterfall, Mistico Hanging Bridges, sloths tours, coffee and chocolate tours."

"Stayed for 5 days with 3 little kids. Free breakfast is for 2 only, then pay 10$ for each extra person. Pretty nice place, however no pool or hot spring on site. It's near red frog restaurant and Tita Rosa soda. We would still go back."

"Property is a standard stay. Pool is good. But only 1 restaurant. So got bored with the food options. Staff are friendly but had to carry our luggage on our own. Pool and spa is great. Overall a decent stay! I recommend a in room phone or tablet in the rooms."

The property is full of wildlife, and we were able to watch spider monkeys swinging from the trees from the balcony of our room, as well as watch a variety of native birds and other native creatures without going anywhere else. Daily breakfast was great - local food (rice and beans, eggs, variety of healthy toppings and pancakes), but with other options as well (cereal and toast). Good hot coffee and yummy juice. Parking was convenient, no issues at all there (we were able to park right by our room). "Property was amazing! Beautiful views. Rooms were clean and nice. Bathroom was clean but shower and taps did not work. Shower will only give hot water. Maintenance came to fix it but was then stuck on that temperature. Shower system was very hard to maneuver and adjust. Breakfast buffet was marginal. Resturant was expensive and not so good. Overall we enjoyed our stay!"
