"Love this place"

"The elevators were extremely slow. Particularly in the mornings many people were standing in line. I eventually used the stairs. More importantly, my room is very noisy. I could hear the coughs and sneezing of people using the bathroom. Not sure if it’s next-door or coming through the air vent from across the hall. I had to sleep with a pillow over my head to block out the snoring."

"Staff were good when they were around. Elevators weren't all working, our room was decent but a lot of dirty markings on the wall and the black out shade was dirty."

"Great location—very close to the subway, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with daily housekeeping done nicely. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Would stay again."

"Night light under the bed was faulty and wouldn't turn off for ages and the phone didn't work but other than that, everything was great. Clean towels daily and fresh bottled water and a great view of Manhattan."
