Just outstanding service from top to bottom!!! Everyone treated us like family. My own complaint is that we were there over the weekend and plan to take Family up to the rooftop deck on Saturday evening only to find out that there was a wedding reception and it was closed. That would’ve been good information to have prior!

It was a great stay. The workers there are very attentive and helpful. Clean rooms. The only bad experience was the upstairs bar restaurant. The food wasn't the best and the service needed some adjusting. I would definitely stay at the hotel again and advice people to as well.

I absolutely loved my stay at The Wall Street Hotel. The property itself is stunning and beautifully maintained. My room was spacious, with the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, and the bathroom was spotless. Everything felt clean, modern, and welcoming. The staff were wonderful, so friendly and attentive, which really made the experience even better. The location couldn’t be more convenient, just a two-minute walk from Wall Street station and right in the heart of the Financial District with plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience. I enjoyed every second of my stay and will definitely be returning on my next trip to New York. Couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly.

The staff is what set this place apart. Comfy beds but cramped room. Heated floor in the bathroom was very nice, in room dining was very good, with pricing not entirely unreasonable given the area. But again, the friendliness and professionalism of the staff is what stood out to all of us most. Had the feeling the staff was actively looking for ways to make our stay more enjoyable, all the time.
