"It’s a literal dorm room for students. Cinder block walls, spiders on the ceiling, dirty towel left behind the door. We used the room as a cheap alternative for a ball tournament but do not stay here if you are actually travelling to Niagara to enjoy a vacation. We stayed away from our room as much as possible and only slept in it each night for a few hours. The air quality is terrible. Can feel it in your lungs as soon as you enter the room."

"Room was ok. Could use and update. The buffet breakfast was just ok, long wait for coffee and the buffet was not stocked. Many people having to wait for the trays to be refilled. Felt like they were understaffed in the kitchen/buffet area. Not much selection for breakfast. Wouldn't stay again."

"This property is tired and not well kept. The staff were good and the breakfast staff super friendly. Breakfast was help yourself with a range of warm and cold items. Our room was spacious and clean but bathroom had dirty walls and crumbling sections on each side of shower. "Room was dirty. Shower was very dirty, there was stains, hair and smells bad. There was food stuck in the ac vents. A lot of people hair everywhere in the room. The TV stand had things stuck on it that i had to wipe down everything before we put our stuff.
Staff were very nice and professional. Breakfast staff were also very nice and helpful.
Room needs to be cleaned. Only making the beds sheets and refilling the tissues isn't called cleaning!!!"

"Staff us extremely rude. I went to sign in and the lady at the desk cancelled our reservation because we brought our dog into the lobby which was a pet friendly motel. The manager wouldn't refund our money at first. They cancelled and wanted to keep my $758. I had to call Expedia 20 times and explain my situation which finally a supervisor approved my refund. I had to sleep in my car with my 85 yr old mother."
