"Great location while offering a premium experience and a reasonable value for money. Excellent staff - reception, guest relations, F&B, bell captain as well as the security personnel "
"We enjoyed our stay at this historic hotel. We were upgraded to a suite which was nice. The breakfast and restaurant were good and staff were keen to help. If I had a criticism it is that service can at times be slow despite there being lots of staff around. "
