Avoid the hotel...or book at ur risk!

zero on all counts.breakfast was awful...shown to Audit person..it is better they dont offer complimentary bfast rather than serving cold half cooked food.

I feel 3.5* hotel should have the better facility. It is OK level of hotel. One more thing, I searched for hotel with 3 guests, I do not know, how it booked only for 2 guests and made me pay extra at the facility. So my complaint was one about the Hotels.com web site and the second one is about the hotel, not that good. I believe, Hotels.com people should visit and see the hotel, before they add it to their website.

My room was windowless. They left a moldy bathroom mat in the room for me and forgot to provide a towel. Hotel is under construction, perhaps the newer rooms are in better shape but mine not so much.

Unpleasant and unhygienic accommodation

Too bad. Unhygienic. As per the booking there should have been free shuttle service to the airport but they refused. I had to call a taxi . Not even star one standard . Don’t recommend this hotel to any one please.?

Not worth the money

Pathetic. It's not a hotel in the sense we are used to. It's a one night halt accomodation facility with attached bathroom. It would worthwhile if you try the within the airport boarding facility. Absolutely not worth more than 3000/-. It shouldn't be more than a thousand rupees at best. Just for night crashing if you have early morning flight from Mumbai airport.
