Room was roomy and bright and clean. Some degree of mistrust though. We were asked to pay for meals immediately after them so there is no putting th amount on to the final bill. A grand piano is installed in main foyer but no one was allowed to play on it. (wow). Maybe a cultural thing.Everything was not free.

Great location and service

The location is ideal for departures from T1 Mumbai airport and the property is in reasonably good condition with a variety of dining options. The chargeable airport dropoff differs from other hotels around who give the service for free.

Hotel is conveniently located close to Mumbai Airport Terminal 1. The hotel and rooms are very nice, but staff doesn’t seem to be very engaged. A big put off was that the room floor had not been swept for days, there was dust and dirt that would have easily cleaned up with a light vacuum or mop. But other than that the room was very nice. They do charge for a pickup or drop off to either terminal.

We loved the traditional decor of the hotel with rich woodwork and artistic touches. The staff were friendly and the restaurants were amazing. The South Indian restaurant had very nice fare but was somewhat inefficient as dishes took a while to arrive. Self service would be better. Loved the buffet style temptations restaurant. The coffee shop and gift shop were expensive as expected. Will definitely consider staying again.
