"Check-in was friendly bit could have gone more quickly. If the lady had not assumed we were sharing a room as three of us waited in line. Once entering the room, it was quite pleasing how clean it appeared and how nicely it was decorated. The water pressure was good in the shower and at the sink, but did not put out any hot water, only lukewarm. The bed was comfortable and the air-conditioning worked great. We went to use the hot tub and were tickled to have it all to ourselves, but did not stay long because the water was so hot. When I took off my swimsuit, I saw that it had turned blotchy blue from the chemicals in the water. I tried to rinse it out, but it did not come out. Breakfast was quite chaotic as there were two foreign tour buses filling the area. It was hard to get into where the hot drinks were located with so many people. But, there was enough food and the staff worked hard at keeping it replenished. Overall, I felt safe and comfortable and slept well and would consider staying again if in the area."

"I loved my room. The green chili enchiladas fueled me through 3 days of hiking in the most delicious way. Also took advantage of the sound bath session which was very relaxing. Will book here again!"

"Rawlins checked me in and was fun, kind and very courteous. Great property with VIEWS, pool, hot tub, free shuttle to uptown Sedona for eating and shopping. Larry the shuttle driver was great too! Highly recommend this well maintained property!"

"I would like to first say we love this facility, the closeness to all things in Sedona. The staff on the other hand is not about helping at all. From the time we arrived to the time we tried to utilize the facilities we were treated poorly. This is a time share facility and if you are not a member expect to be treated poorly. We actually reached out to the manager who said he would contact us. He didn’t and it says everything about this facility. As we waited for 45 min to access to the game room this employee sat in an event and watched us. Only to tell us us to to leave promptly at close time. Plenty of excuses by the staff, and no response by management who promised to call us in regards to the issue. Wish the stay could have been better and that the owners and management cared more about how people who stayed there were treated."
