"The hotel was good and their responses were prompt. However, I hope they can improve on two points: 1. The laundry room is not ideal for storing tourists’ luggage. 2. The shower water in the morning was too cold."

"The room was very hot and the hotel has no air conditioning (customers should be informed of the lack of air conditioning). Keeping the window open is impossible as the room is on a very noisy street (the hotel offers ear plugs!). The entrance code wasn’t always working and the main entrance of the hotel was very hard to open. Overall, not a great experience. "
