Die Reinigung der Zimmer könnte besser sein (Spinenweben, Staub). Die Eisenbahn hört man sehr gut, auch mit geschlossenem Fenster.

Séjour décevant au 4mex de Munich

Séjour décevant de deux nuits dans cet hôtel dont les prestations annoncés n’ont pas été respectés malgré les demandes répétées auprès des employés. Points à corriger: tapis sales, odeur de cigarette dans les chambres, a/c non fonctionnel, manque de propreté de la chambre et de la douche, Frigo et micro-onde défectueux. Bruits des trains. Loin de tout. Pas d’accès a du café et du the dans le hall. Points positifs: bon matelas et déjeuner copieux. Personnels dépassés.

Ruhestörung durch italienische Jugendliche

An einem Abend bis 22:30 massive Störung auf dem Gang durch italienische jugendliche, die geschrieben haben, Türen zugeschlagen und ständig im Gang hin und her gerannt sind. Das Service-Personal wurde gebeten für eine Abstellung zu sorgen, zeigte sich aber angeblich machtlos. So etwas bei meinen bisherigen Aufenthalten in diesem Haus Gott sei Dank noch nicht erleben müssen!

Leider nur noch negative Erfahrungen

Nach mehrfachen Aufenthalten in diesem Hotel, muss ich feststellen, dass sich der Service gegen null entwickelt hat. Im Hotel/Gastro Gewerbe ist man Höflichkeit und keine Gossensprache gewöhnt. Leider wurde das Personal dahingegen verschlechtert, man fühlt sich wie in einem Hostel. Stühle fallen auseinander, das Wasser läuft in der Dusche nicht ab...

Wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer bestellt, aber haben eines mit Blick auf die Bahngleise bekommen. An guten Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Auf meine Reklamation bekam ich die Antwort, es wäre schließlich nicht möglich NORMAL buchende Gäste in diese Zimmer zu stecken, wo man doch über diverse Plattformen weniger bezahlt!

Zimmer sind ordentlich, Frühstück mit reichlicher Auswahl, Nur 2 Minuten zur S-Bahn. Kostenloses parken ist sehr dürftig. Preise im Hotel sind moderat. Hier kommen wir gerne wieder hin.
