Das Personal am Empfang war sehr freundlich. Lage sehr gut. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer und die Teppiche im Flur sehr schlecht und deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Standard einer Jugendherberge ähnlich.

+ Super gelegen, unkompliziertes Ein- und Auschecken, offener Kleiderschrank, alles funktionierte.- Vor 7:30 Uhr rumpelnde Putz-kolonne vor den Türen.Bad für dicke Menschen unmöglich, kein Frühstück im Hotel, kein Kaffee-Tee-Zubereiter, fehlender Schreib-/Tisch und Stuhl. Waren aber trotzdem zufrieden, nette Gäste.

Sehr gute Lage. Das Hotel ist renovierungsbedürftig. Die Sauberkeit im Hotel (vor allem in den Fluren, Eingangsbereich) lässt zu Wünschen übrig. Dagegen war das Zimmer relativ sauber. Schade, das diese Gründlichkeit nicht im ganzen Hotel möglich ist. Das Zimmer war deutlich kleiner als die 14 qm, welche in der Hotelbeschreibung kundgetan wurden.

Die Zimmer benötigen eine Kernsanierung. Der Fußboden kommt an allen Ecken und Kanten hoch. Der Vorgänger hatte schwarze Harre, die überall an den Fußbodenleisten noch herum lagen. Die Toilette war undicht- das Wasser stand auf dem Badezimmerboden. Alles in allem war nur die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrmittel zufriedenstellend. Personal war sehr freundlich.
