Stayed here for two nights to visit Oktoberfest. Arrived to a party and it was an amazing experience. The staff were super helpful, the room was clean and incredible, and the vibes were great. The bar was a great place to meet other travelers and the convenience to the festival ground was top notch. Would highly recommended and can only imagine it’s a great hotel to stay any other time of the year too.

It was a great and comfortable hotel. No issues and didn’t feel unsafe walking around, but there were instances of open drug use in some of the surrounding blocks. Easy walk to the train station and old town areas.

The staff were professional and pleasant. The area around the hotel wasn't very nice. The bar was often left unateended and the receptionist had to call the barman. The rooms were fine. I never had breakfast but the evening meal menu only contain three options, one of which was vegetarian. I had a decent stay, nothing more.

We had a nice stay at this hotel. Only flaw we encountered was that the duvet cover had blood stains, which we reported and got all linens changed in the bed. Breakfast (buffet style) was very good, as well as dinner choices at the hotel restaurant.
