"The property is exquisite, no doubt. Very unique building and room that has kept some of the original building characteristics. Couple big issues though. First, the Wi-Fi is totally unusable, at least in the room we reserved. Was told it was normal because of the old stones used in buildings. "This spot was exactly what we wanted for our stay in Rethymno! The actual residence is even more exquisite than the pictures - minimalist but thoughtful decor and an amazing rooftop view. It is on a quieter street on the edge of town, allowing easy access to all the restaurants, shops, beach, etc. without a bunch of foot traffic. Access to a full kitchen and washer/dryer made our stay even more comfortable. The hosts were proactive in communicating about self check-in and very accessible for questions during our stay. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay here longer!"
