"Love the location of the hotel and the staff. The room was comfortable. Two small things can be corrected: 1) The faucet of the bathroom sink is too close to the rim of the sink. Turing on the faucet causes spill of water out of the sink. 2) The coffee maker, situated on a tray on top of the refrigerator could not be used as its electric cord is too short to reach the electric outlet. "Very clean and quiet and friendly "

"The look and the feel of the hotel was fab and the staff were really friendly. Underground and tram stops close by. The hot tubs on the roof were amazing and such a nice way to chill after long day sightseeing. The only problem was the understaffing of the roof top bar and restaurant. We waited over an hour for our drinks and then they only brought the cocktails and not the cup of tea so we left. The staff were really apologetic but they were just so understaffed ☹️ Because of this we didn’t go...
