"Very helpful staff and large rooms with in redouble views. Close to everything worth seeing in Rotterdam. I felt like the room wasn’t cleaned properly but my experience was good."

"Arrived at the Usual for another few days as the family live very close by and this hotel is very convenient but the room was extremely cold. The outside temperature was 16 degrees and the air conditioning was on in my room and the fan was blowing out very cold air. Hardly the weather for air conditioning ..."
