"The apartment itself was excellent - very comfortable with lots of space. Location was great with some excellent restaurants nearby. A place called Do Belo was our favourite and within 5 minutes walk. Staff were brilliant, but the check in process was a bit complicated as we arrived after 8pm. "This was a nightmare from start to finish. The manager called the day we were meant to check in to ask us to check in late which we did because they were on holiday or there was a staff shortage or someone was sick - I couldn't keep up with what the problem was. When we arrived there was dirty underwear, dirty bedding, full garbage bins, a huge leak in the living room, 0 toilet paper, no shampoo, soap or coffee.
