"Second stay. It’s essentially a budget stay but everything is so well considered that it feels like a premium stay. The staff are wonderful: friendly and helpful. Yoga mats. Pillow selection. Milks of choice. Room service if needed. The restaurant has all NZ wines which is appreciated. And a super central location you can walk to ferries, ponsonby, krd, everywhere. I still haven’t made it to the roof bar but the restaurant on the lobby level is great. Highly recommended."

"The traffic noise from the motorway was bad in the morning luckily I had my ear plugs. Also in the night about 1am and 3am there was a lot of noise from other people, it went on so long that I opened the door and told them to shut up. The room was good overall, easy to cast to the TV, good shower, espresso capsule machine, there was a dark hair in the bed and on the coffee area which was kinda gross. The restaurant was good service and food and the reception staff were very helpful."

"We were lucky to get an early check in and an upgraded room on the top floor. Hotel a little dated but looks recently renovated. Room a great size, clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast was amazing! Parking easy in atrium carpark next door. Great location in central city. Would stay again."
