"Lobby was very clean. And the front desk staff was very friendly. The room was a pet friendly room so there was a little bit of a odour when we first walked in, but we were lucky enough to have patio doors so we just opened up the patio doors for a few minutes. We stayed with our dog, and he was very comfortable plus he was not fixated on any smell, or section of the room which typically means the room is clean. Room was decent other than being carpeted. Big mini fridge which was nice and the freezer worked too. The bedding was clean and no smells. The buffet breakfast was very good food. We were happy to be closer to the front area as we did have the dog and only one of us at a time to go to the buffet, which was just only a few steps away. Which was nice because we had to do multiple trips only because not wanting to leave the dog in the room alone. The air condition worked very well and checkout was very easy at the front desk."

"Very nicely-appointed old home that was relaxing to hang out in after a long day being out and about. The location just east of Kingsville made it a convenient base of operations if venturing to Point Pelee or Windsor. It's a shared kitchen/living rooms where good conversation can ensue among guests but the rooms have en suite bathroom with showers so lots of privacy, too."

"The pictures make it look more spacious than it is. Overall my stay was good though! Location is safe. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was large enough for 2-3 people. The bathroom vanity was bigger than I expected! Breakfast was the bare minimum but at least there was coffee (again pictures make it look like there would be more) just don’t be late. Would stay here again."

"We stayed at this hotel for one night. The view from the window was excellent—looking out at the new bridge—though we could also see a constant flame; we later realized it was an industrial flare, not a fire. As for the hotel itself, the room was clean, but a persistent odor kept me from falling asleep, and I woke up with a headache."
