"This was a great hotel in Windsor. Close to a ton of restaurants, clean, helpful staff and the pool and gym were well equipped with clean towels. Kids loved being able to have their own beds (had a 2 queen and one sofa pull out) room was spacious for four and surprisingly quiet being on the main road that heads over the border to Detroit. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the region"

"we stayed there for two nights and our room had an issue with the hairdryer and they gave us a replacement which we do not return thinking that since we're gonna stay an extra day, we would still need it and we would return once we check out we then went out for an outing and when we came back, we saw that our original hairdryer was fixed, but somebody without even informing us, went into our room, fixed the hairdryer and took the temporary one away without even notifying us. "It was nice to have a place to stay, and the front desk staff was kind and welcoming. However, the cleanliness of the room could have been better. The bathroom needed more attention to detail, and there was a noticeable layer of dust in several spots. Improving the housekeeping would make this a much better stay."
