"This place was a gem!!! We got off at the wrong train stop and had to get a taxi. The taxi driver called the hotel a couple as he was unfamiliar with the area and Lucretzia was more than helpful! She met us down the hill where the taxi driver dropped us and helped with our bags! She was amazing. The courtyard was a million dollar view and we enjoyed our breakfasts and evening wine there. "Good location in Spoleto with adequate parking. Room was quickly made up— items like soap missing and floor was not dusted. Few outlets and desk staff sometimes just not there but when present, they were helpful. It’s more of a business meeting place."

"This is a lovely hotel (former palace) perched on the top of the hill as you enter the charming town of Trevi. The hotel is clean, very well organised and has all amenities that you need. The room itself was a good size with a nice bathroom. Breakfast was plentiful and with a very good variety. The owner was a lovely lady who spoke very good English. From here it is a great base to visit the surrounding towns such as Assisi, Perugia, Spoleto, Orvieto etc. We would definitely stay here again....
