"Everything about this hotel was perfect. From the time we checked in the staff was always welcoming and smiling the rooms. The lounge were always spotless. The air-conditioning in our room was amazing, especially after a long day being in the hot sun."

"We are older women and they placed us in this huge two bedroom place which was fine but up two flights of stairs and no elevator. The place itself had half steps into bedroom etc and we continually tripped."

"Personnel très accueillant et on est arrivé avant l’heure et ils ont gardé nos bagages mais pas donné une chambre immédiatement. La chambre était pas très propre beaucoup de cheveux dans la salle de bain. Les photos sur le site du spa et son installation ne reflète pas la réalité. Spa plein de sable et mal entretenue et les chaises très vieille. Sur le site c’était très beau mais pas la réalité."

"I particularly enjoyed the spaciousness of our room and the comfort of our bed. Now, it was a very large bed, and don't get me wrong, I'm a taller individual and it still took me 5 years to get to my girl on the other side of the bed. And I mean I had to crawl for ages. Thoroughly enjoyed spending some quiet time on the rooftop. There were enough amenities in walking distance, which is what I expected when staying here. It was a good stay and I recommend it."

"Communication with the host was wonderful, beautiful and clean! I got the balcony room and it was absolutely gorgeous, I will definitely be coming back. Also this hotel is near a bunch of restaurants and bars, el morro is only 10 min walk and parking lot was only 7 mins. I definitely recommend this stay if you’re looking for a beautiful aesthetically pleasing stay, great for pictures!"

"Right in the heart of downtown Old San Juan. Beautiful streets, easy to walk around. Streets are super narrow & parking is terrible, all parking garages around were full so we parked at near by small airport & taxied back to the hotel. The hotel did let us put our stuff in a back room until check in. This hotel was beautiful & very unique. We enjoyed the rooftop & splash pool."

I wish I could remember the name of the person that helped us, but he actually walked over from the office to open the door cause we were not understanding how the second door opened, which was simple, but he came and walked us through process. Friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend and go again 😊"
