"I had communicated that I would be arriving in the early hours of the morning and asked for check-in instructions. I was advised that they could only be sent once o arrived at the building and that there would be someone available to do this. There wasn’t. I ended up having to wait in the lobby of the building till the morning and then had to wait another couple of hours for the room to be cleaned even though my booking started the day before and the apartment should’ve been ready. The apartment I was given was in another building from the one I booked and was also smaller than the one I’d booked. I asked for a partial refund and have still not been given one. Would not recommend this company. Location was close to sites if interest though."

Their hospitality felt authentic and personal. The location is another huge plus—conveniently situated near great restaurants, cultural spots, and lively neighborhoods, making it easy to explore the city. If you’re looking for a hotel that combines style, comfort, and outstanding service with a creative twist, Hotel Musica is an absolute gem. I would return in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone visiting Bogotá."

"The hotel design is really lovely - room without window is not ideal - It can be noisy at night as the bar/restaurant is not really separated from the beautiful gallery where the rooms are located - However, it got quieter after 11:00pm and I slept well - worth staying, if only for the design - breakfast was delicious "

"Everything as described. Breakfast was 10/10 and our favorite part. It’s a small place with no amenities but the price was fair and it was very pretty. Would stay again for sure "
