"Terrible experience. The room was super dirty, the bathroom was completely nasty. No warm water until I went down for it for 3 times and then it still took 2 hours. Breakfast was to cry about; dirty kitchen, almost expired food. The lady working the kitchen was the only friendly staff member. Check-in was really uncomfortable as they made it seem we were bothering and inconvenient. Overall a really really bad experience. "

"This place serves an important social service since otherwise the people from the south slums of Bogota could not possibly visit Villa de Leyva. The srevice is high in intentions but terrible in outcome. The breakfast coffee, wait for it, instant coffee (that should be illegal in Colombia)!. Water peessure dreadful. You have to pay a deposit so you don't steal the dreadful towels (as if), which tell you the type of customers they host. The wifi is excellent for Boyacá standards., though."
