"Walls are not sound proof, internet can get difficult to connect, and build quality is not great BUT I loved staying here. Staff is amazing, gym is amazing, rooms are super comfortable, and room service is great."

"I selected this hotel because it offered free parking, when I arrived, there was nowhere to pull up and then they informed me that they only have 8 parking spots, and I needed to reserve them in advance, they just blamed it on Expedia. I had to go down the street and find a public lot. They told me the public lot would take a credit card, not to worry. I went to retrieve my car and they only took cash 🙄. The Good side was it was only about $10 to park overnight. Hotel was great and well worth, breakfast was included and great, it was close to a lot of walking activities and I would stay here again. Bottom line: well worth the money as long as you are aware of reserving a parking spot."

"My room was not cleaned during my entire time there. I had to use the same towels while there. On the day i checked out i was asked for a bedroom tax. There was no mention of this when i booked the room. The two ladies at the reception desk when i left were very rude to me and spoke in a language i did not understand. They seemed very aggressive."
