"They cleaned our room mid-stay and removed all our belongings from our room. Showed back up the second night to an empty room. They’d packed up our stuff and removed it from the room. They claimed it was due to a miscommunication with the cleaning crew. Staff seemed super helpful as first, but when we asked for some sort of compensation for the “misunderstanding” they became rude. When we asked for a manager they said it would be 4-5 days before the manager would be “back in the area and could be reached”. Room door only locked if we shoved it shut. Bathroom door didn’t shut. Carpets were sticky. Thermostat was dead and only worked sometimes. Bathroom had “F*** you” written on the toilet paper dispenser. Breakfast. What Breakfast? The cereal was powder. Juice was sitting in pitchers in a tub of room temp water (ice long melted at 7:00 am). They had yogurt and would every once in a while throw out 4 honey buns. I wouldn’t plan on it during your stay."

"The stay overall was decent. The 2 biggest complaints I have about my stay was: 1) The rooms weren't very soundproof so you could hear EVERYTHING! And 2) (This was the bigger of the 2 issues), I've stayed in many hotels and never have I had someone come to the door 3 TIMES to see when we were going to leave. We had the do not disturb sign on our door outside, mind you. Based on number 2 complaint, I will never stay at that hotel again! I understand people have jobs to do (I used to clean hotel rooms, so I know the list the housekeepers get every morning), but the feeling of being pushed out, not very professional. "

"This place was horrible. We stayed 15 minutes and left. Just out that money because we were not going to stay. Found dead bugs around the mattress. Pillowcases fitted sheet top sheet were all stained with something brown. Desk chair was broken. Couldn’t even sit in it. Some white crusty substance that I assume at one point was liquid had ran down the side of the nightstand.Will never even think about staying there again."
