"The staff in the lobby including the food court and restaurant were wonderful and attentive. We were greeted with cold beverages and fresh cookies . Our room was clean . The door to the refrigerator was facing the wrong way so it was difficult to utilize. But unfortunately we were not made aware of the “ water park “ slides that was the selling point for my grandsons to enjoy during our stay was not open or operating the whole weekend. The pool was absolutely disgusting. Hair lots of hair floating and Stuck in the side drains . Cups and straws floating. There was a build up of brown greasy substance on the tile around the pool . The ground / rubber type flooring was littered with trash debris, toilet paper parts in the kiddie splash zone area and the only slide open for toddlers possibly up to 8 years old was being used by all ages that made it unsafe for the little ones to use . The pool chairs were ripped and stained . And a strong odor of a sewage type smell would waft through the kiddie pool / splash pad area . With all the pool / kiddie pool area rules clearly listed on the extra large sign , no one was enforcing them or following them . It is definitely not worth the value . We will not return . With the $31.00 per day for parking and the $39.00 per day resort fees you could stay on Disney property with much better maintained pools and grounds ."

"Condo definitely needed to be cleaned better.. and maintained better. Pool itself was dirty. We arrived on a day it was raining, once it let up, we checked out the resort. Kids clothes laying around the pool area, pool had cups and branches floating in it. Water itself was dirty looking, pool needed to be vaccumed and cleaned. Chalked it up to being a wet stormy day, went back the next day, broken water balloons on the ground, trash, same solo cups floating in pool and hot tub. Grounds around the Pool was dirty and littered. Never did get cleaned up, during our 9 day stay. Condos are definitely dated, and basic. But place is ok, if you are there to do the parks and not par take in the “resort” aspect."

"The condo was amazing clean and had nice amenities. The grounds were clean and well maintained. The hot tub was not quite warm enough but it was relaxing. Check in didn’t go very well and felt pushed into a vacation time share presentation that turned into a nightmare. "

"The drawers in our room were all broken, the couch literally sunk in and the pull out bed was disgusting. The two main reasons for booking the hotel was water area, which consisted of 1 slide that had black discoloration. It’s very dirty. The jacuzzi by the pool that was lacking in being cleaned. My in room jacuzzi did not work and when I called for assistance, I was told I had to wait until the next day to have maintenance come by. I could not move to another room as none were available. "
