"The Riad Monceau provided us with the best possible experience of Marrakech. They treated us like family the whole way through, willing to accommodate every request. Truly an amazing place to stay if you want to submerge yourself in the city as the location is unbeatable. Thank you so much to Soufian and Mohamed at the front desk for taking such good care of us. Both restaurants, Pergola and Bistro Arabe were delicious and the live music was great, not at all too loud. 10/10 overall."

"Lovely hotel! Though I think that when a hotel is renovating they have a duty along with the travel companies like yourselves to inform the customer before booking. That is a bit sly. I found the pool menu and the room service menu very below standard. Needs improving. Overall, the hotel is very nice including the staff. Just needs a little attention with the finer details being a 5 Star hotel. Just lacks that little bit of class. "

"Initially, I was hesitant about our decision to stay at the Riad instead of our usual chain hotel. However, as soon as we stepped into the hotel, we felt like we had found our own home. The staff, from the housekeeper to the management, were incredibly friendly and treated us like family. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The room and bathroom were smaller than we had anticipated, but we didn’t mind. The location was very convenient, right next to the shops. We were a bit sad to leave, as we had truly enjoyed our stay. The environment and atmosphere were lively and welcoming. We want to express our gratitude to Said, Amin, Hakim, and Oman. We wish we could remember everyone’s name, but we want to thank them all for taking care of us. We definitely plan to return and recommend the Riad to our family and friends. We had an absolute blast and will never forget our stay!"

"Beautiful riad, central to everything but in a quiet part of the medina. Ben Salah is the nearest taxi drop off point a few minutes away, and Aziz met us at the taxi to lead us to the riad (after that first time, it was easy for us to navigate ourselves). Breakfasts were delicious - traditional homemade Moroccan food (the cake was divine!). Cute rooftop area with pool - a bit too cold to take a dip in it in mid April, but I imagine it's refreshing in the summer. One evening we got a bit lost using Google maps after the medina walls closed, but Aziz helped navigate us via WhatsApp and we found our way safely back. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Thank you!"

"The staff was the highlight of our stay - incredibly helpful, friendly, and engaging. Every recommendation was spot on, no request too small or too big, and they did it all with a smile. Absolutely great people. The property was fairly convenient to the center of the action, maybe a 15-20 min walk from the main Plaza. Breakfast was always good and more than we could eat. The rooms are older, with dated furnishings and fixtures but well kept and immaculately clean. For our first trip to Marrakech this place was perfect, and I'd recommend it to anyone that doesn't require "luxury" accommodations anytime you leave the house. The adventure of staying at a Riad inside the Medina is an integral part of the Marrakech experience, and we enjoyed our stay at Yakimour. "
