"Very pleasant and helpful staff, receptionist Peter and Tereza, very pleasant waiters and absolutely amazing food/ 3x a day if you like/. We spent 3 weeks there and will come again next year with extended family.

"Wir hatten uns für diese Unterkunft entschieden, da wir nach den Stadtbesichtigungen von Pilsen, Karlsbad und Prag Abends den Wellnessbereich nutzen wollten. Bei Ankunft schon die Ernüchterung, Nutzung des Wellnessbereichs gegen Voranmeldung. Bei der Beschreibung in Expedia war nur die Wellnessbehandlung (sprich hierunter fallen normal Massagen etc) angesprochen, was ja üblich ist.
