"Cold showers the entire stay here, in the middle of winter. Unbelievable. It's a known issue as the front desk says you have to let the water run for an astonishing 30 minutes and "maybe" the water will get warmer. It's one thing to have an unexpected issue, but to rent rooms with such a glaring issue in winter hoping no one will complain is pretty unacceptable. Also make sure you know that the included breakfast is at the restaurant and you have to verify with them that's what you're getting,...

"The hotel room with its convenient bar fridge and microwave and kitchen, the decor of the room and the hotel in general, the hotel’s location, the service, and the amazing buffet on a rooftop terrace were excellent for the price. "Room, particularly bathroom, smelled like a sewer but it was rated high. There was no coat hangers. Small refrigerator wasn't working. Then they moved me to another room next day and it was tad better. Certainly not a 3 star hotel as rated. "
