"enjoyed my stay at this hotel! having the restaurant in the hotel was a nice option. japanese breakfast was delicious. staff were wonderfully attentive and available always. had no problem with requesting towels or any toiletries - the cleaning schedule made sense. beds and pillows were very comfortable. we stayed in the triple room - 3 adults: the room was on the smallish side but we made it work. there was enough surface area to be able to leave some of your belongings out. i havent stayed in many tokyo hotels but it seemed pretty on par with the other hotels i've stayed at. the one big plus was that they were three individual beds and not like two beds and a sofa bed. the only thing was that while there were a lot of train options, they were all mostly at least a 6-10 minute walk away depending on fast you walk. it wasn't too far but it was far enough to be annoying especially at the end of the day when you're just tired and want to get back to your room. no fault of the hotel's but still something i think to take note of. "

Not sure about the twins' size bedroom, but it should be enough. Breakfast: - The breakfast is a must-try; there are many options around the hotel, but their breakfast is from the bakery. If you're into bread and desserts, then I would definitely recommend it. Overall, it's a great hotel. It provides the convenience of transportation and a station for you to recharge your energy for the next day. "

"The room was fantastic, but what really did it for us was the staff. From the moment we walked in the front door we were treated like royalty. Even the young lady who took our luggage to our room with us held a nice conversation with us (in English!) When it was time to check out, everyone was so helpful (even filled out our luggage forwarding tags for us). We can't wait to go back to Japan just so we can stay there longer."
