"The breakfast was fantastic. Coffee machine all day long. Prosecco in the afternoon. Staff very helpful and friendly ready to provide help with restaurant choices, directions, etc. This is not the typical hotel, very well decorated with sofas on the hallways and with art and history books of Firenze. Close to the Tram station by the university that takes you to and from the airport. The location is perfect to walk to the museums and far enough to avoid the huge tourist crowds. Great restaurants nearby and if you miss a McDonald’s hamburger, available at the corner of the street."

"The room was clean, however it was very noisy, from the outside as well as inside. The furniture in the waiting room in front of the reception is in poor condition that makes you doubt staying on this hotel. The staff in charge of room service did a good job. "

"Excellent hotel in the heart of the city next to tram station and close to the train station that connects to all major cities in Italy. Nice clean well appointed rooms with amenities - water, mini bar, toiletories, tea / coffee maker. True to its name the Social Hub is buzzing with life, live events, friendly and conversational staff. The hotel is in the heart of the city with gorgeous views. The rooftop bar and pool with a view of the duomo are the highlights of this hotel. They have an excellent rooftop gym too with a view of the city and duomo. Very happy with our stay here! "

"I recently traveled to Florence with a friend, and stayed six nights a the lovely Villa Neroli. The staff was welcoming, and helpful as we set out to navigate Florence. We began each day with a wonderful breakfast. There were so many options to choose from. Most days we took the #17 bus (about a ten minute walk from the hotel) into Florence city center for a 1.70 Euro. It was inexpensive and convenient (about 25 minutes) into the city center. It was always nice to return to such a lovely environment at the end of a long day. I would happily return to Villa Neroli, and will recommend to to friends and family who may be traveling to Florence. "

"What a treat! This hotel is a hidden gem - about a 10 minute walk from the city center, nestled in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with a lovely park next door. The hotel has been beautifully remodeled and the beds were dreamy! The staff went above and beyond for us, and were very kind and helpful with calling for taxis and making dinner arrangements - something not all hotels do anymore. The breakfast was fantastic as well. We loved it and this will be our "go to" hotel in Florence going forward."
